Production Minimums & Turnaround
Standard embroidery and DTF production minimum: 12 pieces. Smaller orders require owner approval. Orders below 10 pieces carry a customization order fee, confirmed with your quote.
Standard embroidery production: 7–10 business days after artwork approval, required payment and receipt of all garments. Garment sourcing and supplier shipping time are additional.
Rush embroidery production: 3–5 business days or 1–3 business days, subject to owner approval, availability and an additional fee. Expedited garment shipping is quoted separately.
Large-volume or complex orders may require additional time. Your estimated completion date will be included in the quote for your approval before production begins. Supplier delays, backorders or artwork changes may affect the schedule; we will contact you to approve a revised date.

Embroidery Digitizing Services

Vector Artwork

Embroidery & 3D Puff
Premium embroidery techniques engineered for high-end streetwear. Options include high-density 3D puff embroidery, flat threadwork, neon thread, metallic accents, and custom embroidered patches on hoodies, caps, outerwear, and denim.
Screen Printing
Professional apparel screen printing. Techniques include heavy plastisol prints, soft-hand vintage discharge waterbase inks, simulated process color separations, and oversized chest & back graphics.
DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film transfer technology for photo-realistic graphics, complex multi-color designs, subtle gradients, and micro-detail prints across dark or light garments.
