Customer-Supplied Garment Risks

Decoration and finishing processes may involve needles, heat, pressure, adhesives, ink, pretreatment, chemicals, washing, abrasion, distressing, cutting, or other processes. Customer-supplied goods may react unpredictably because of hidden defects or unknown material properties.

Responsibility

Any remedy for a proven production error involving customer-supplied items will be determined under the applicable order terms and law. This waiver does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Confirm and sign

I confirm I supplied the garments/items listed for this order. *I understand Morals Exclusive did not select or manufacture these items. *I accept the risk of dye migration, scorching, melting, shrinkage, seam failure, discoloration, needle marks, adhesive issues, coating failure, or other reactions caused by the item/material. *I understand exact replacement items may be unavailable. *I understand Morals Exclusive may decline items it considers unsuitable or unusually risky. *I authorize the decoration/finishing process requested for these items. *I have read the full terms and confirm the information above.
