By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, I authorize Morals Exclusive to perform the custom services described in my order.

Electronic Authorization

My electronic acceptance, checkbox confirmation, or typed/signature approval may be used as evidence of my agreement to these terms when captured with the order record.

3. Confirm and sign

I have reviewed and approved the artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, placements, quantities, and order details presented to me. *I understand custom work may become non-refundable once production, setup, artwork preparation, purchasing, digitizing, or other authorized work begins, subject to applicable law. *I agree to pay the approved invoice balance according to the payment terms shown on my order. *I understand completed merchandise may be held until the amount due is paid. *I understand deposits, digitizing, artwork, setup, screen, rush, and specialty-material charges may become non-refundable after the related work or purchasing has occurred. *I confirm I own or have permission to reproduce submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials. *I accept reasonable production variations in custom printing, embroidery, colors, placements, distressing, and embellishments. *If I provide garments, I accept the risks described in the Customer-Supplied Garment Waiver. *I understand estimated completion dates may change because of approvals, suppliers, shipping, equipment, or circumstances outside Morals Exclusive's control. *I understand Morals Exclusive may refuse or stop service for non-payment, fraud, abusive conduct, unsafe or unlawful requests, or material breach of the order terms. *I have read the full terms and confirm the information above.
