Payment Data
Payment-card processing should be handled through approved payment providers such as Square. Morals Exclusive should avoid storing full payment-card numbers in MEOS unless a compliant payment system specifically requires and protects that data.
Artwork & Files
Customer artwork and files may be retained as part of the order history and for reorders, subject to account controls, retention rules, and customer rights required by applicable law.
Electronic Records & Signatures
Electronic approvals, typed names, checkboxes, timestamps, and electronic signatures may be stored with the order record as evidence of customer authorization.
