Customer / Order Information
1. Services Covered
This agreement applies to custom work performed by Morals Exclusive, including embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, heat press services, chenille/applique, distressing, embellishments, digitizing, artwork/design services, and related custom merchandise production.
2. Estimates, Deposits & Payment
Prices are based on the approved scope, quantity, garment, decoration method, placement, artwork, and production requirements. A deposit may be required before work begins. Unless different written terms are approved, the remaining balance is due upon completion and before merchandise is released or shipped.
3. Customer Approval
The customer is responsible for approving artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, placement, quantities, and production details. Approval authorizes Morals Exclusive to begin production. Changes requested after approval may require a change order, additional charges, and a revised completion date.
4. Custom Work / Cancellation
Custom work is produced specifically for the customer. Once artwork preparation, digitizing, screen preparation, purchasing, production, distressing, or other custom work has begun, related deposits, setup charges, materials, and completed labor may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Customer-Supplied Garments
Customer-supplied garments are accepted subject to the separate Customer-Supplied Garment Waiver. Custom decoration can expose hidden defects, dye migration, heat sensitivity, shrinkage, weak seams, or other material issues.
6. Production Variations
Minor variations in color, print/embroidery placement, stitch appearance, distressing, specialty materials, garment shade, and handmade finishes are normal in custom production and are not automatically defects.
7. Turnaround
Completion dates are estimates unless Morals Exclusive expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed date. Customer approval delays, supplier shortages, shipping delays, equipment issues, and other circumstances may affect production timing.
8. Artwork Rights
The customer represents that it owns or has permission to use submitted logos, artwork, trademarks, and copyrighted material, and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials it provides.
9. Non-Payment
Morals Exclusive may hold completed merchandise and suspend work on unpaid accounts. Any collection, late-payment, or enforcement remedies will be limited to those permitted by applicable law and any written payment terms agreed for the order.
10. Right to Refuse / Stop Work
Morals Exclusive may refuse or discontinue service for non-payment, fraud, abusive conduct, unsafe requests, unlawful content, intellectual-property concerns, or material breach of the agreed order terms. The customer remains responsible for authorized work and costs incurred before discontinuation, subject to applicable law.
11. Claims & Inspection
The customer should inspect the order promptly upon pickup or delivery and report claimed production errors within the period stated on the invoice or order confirmation. Morals Exclusive may request an opportunity to inspect claimed defects before a remedy is determined.
12. Entire Order Record
The approved quote/estimate, artwork approval, custom work authorization, change orders, invoices, and this agreement together form the order record. Written order-specific terms control over inconsistent general terms.
